Description

Sale of 100% block of shares of АО «Predpriyatie materialno-tehnicheskogo snabzheniya» (hereinafter - the Company) within the privatization procedure.

The principal activity of the Company is to lease and manage its own or leased immovable property.
The property of the Company is represented by two property complexes of industrial and warehouse purposes, located in the dacha settlements of Peredelkino and Kratovo of the Moscow region.
These property complexes are connected to the central communications:

  • electricity;
  • water supply;
  • sewage system.

The composition of the property of the Company:

1. The production-and-warehouse complex with a land plot in Peredelkino at the address: 6-ya Lazenki Ulitsa, 38, Moscow.

The object is represented a production-and-warehouse complex, including:

1) Land plot
Area: 4,373 sq.m.
Category of lands: lands of settlements.
Type of permitted use: под дальнейшую эксплуатацию базы по ремонту и хранению автотранспорта.
Type of the right: a property.

2) On the land plot are located 3 production-and-warehouse buildings 
Total area: 981,8 sq.m., namely:

  • bldg 1 - 459.3 sq.m. (a garage);
  • bldg 2 - 31.1 sq.m. (security post);
  • bldg 3 - 491.4 sq.m. (a hangar).

Type of the right: a property.

Previously the property complex was used as a base for repair and storage of vehicles of FGUP (Federal State Unitary Enterprise) «PMTS» of Roszdrav.
At the moment the object is fully leased and brings an income of 3-4 million rub. a year including VAT.

There is a platform Peredelkino of Kiev direction of the Moscow Railway in the northern part of the district.

Location and transport accessibility
Kratovo is an urban-type settlement in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region. It is located 20 km. south-east of the Moscow Ring Road, at the 40-y km of the Kazan railroad.

As of 2019, the population of Kratovo - about 9 thousand people.
The settlement borders on the east with the town of Ramenskoye, in the south - with the town of Zhukovsky, in the west - with the village of Ilyinsky.
