The Building of Russian Foreign Trade Bank next to the St. Isaac's Cathedral in St. Petersburg is offered for sale
The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) will hold biddings on behalf of the private owner, on April 24.
A historic five-storey mansion with a total area of 2.5 thou sq.m. with a land plot of 1.3 thou sq.m. for commercial use is offered for sale.
The object is located in the Golden Triangle of St. Petersburg, near the Admiralteyskaya metro station, 400 m. from Nevsky Prospekt. Within a radius of 1 km. are the main attractions of St. Petersburg: Hermitage, Palace Square, St. Isaac's Cathedral and Kazan Cathedral.
The mansion was built in 1887 by architect Shretev V.A. for the needs of the Russian Foreign Trade Bank. At that time it was one of the first buildings designed for the bank. The building is an object of cultural heritage of federal importance.
The mansion is in good condition, on the 1-2 floors it is final finishing, on the 3-4 floors - pre-final. The historical appearance of the building and its interior are fully preserved.
There are connections to all necessary communication systems (heat supply, water supply, electricity, sewerage, ventilation and air conditioning).
There is a small parking lot in the yard.
The initial price is 350 million rub.
The biddings will be held in person (in the hall with the auctioneer) at the address: 5B, Grivtsova Lane, St. Petersburg.
Applications for participation in the biddings are accepted until April 21.
