According to the Land Use and Development Regulations, this territory belongs to the TD1-2_2 zone, where residential, social and business development is permitted.
The owner has already obtained a permit for construction (valid until June 20th, 2023) of a 14-storey shopping and office hotel complex with a total area of 36.7 thousand sq. m. The complex includes 768 rooms of various types (studios, one-room, two-room and three-room apartments) as well as commercial premises.

The territory is located near the intersection of Varfolomeevskaya Street and Belevsky Avenue, in 15-minute walking distance from Lomonosovskaya subway station.
