The object is located in the Chertanovo Yuzhnoe of South Administrative District of Moscow, 1 km. away from Varshavskoe Shosse, between metro stations Annino and Ulitsa Akademika Yangelya, near the railway station Krasny Stroitel. Also nearby is the Dorozhnaya Ulitsa, the reconstruction of which will be completed this year. According to the results of the work the street will become a backup of the Varshavskoe Shosse and will provide an additional exit to the Moscow Ring Road.
