AHRF was selected as the official retailer property of St. Petersburg within the framework of privatization
An agreement with the AHRF will be concluded for a period of three years.
Under this agreement, the AHRF will carry out a full range of marketing and advertising activities to promote the assets on the market, place information about the objects in the media, present them at business events, specialized exhibitions and fairs, search for interested buyers and organize auctions.
After all the events stipulated in the contract, the AHRF will place the objects for the auction on its electronic trading platform ETP AHRF - Lot-online.
«Since June of this year ETP AHRF Lot-onlinе has been holding auctions for privatization of St. Petersburg property - sale of those «mass» objects, for the implementation of which the resource of the site itself is sufficient, which do not require special promotion to the market and search for an investor. For three months 41 auctions on rent and sale of city real estate objects took place. Within the framework of the new agreement the AHRF will provide the city with a full list of services on promotion of assets on the market. The AHRF possesses for this purpose all necessary resources, experience and possibilities of the seller of federal scale. Earlier, in the period of 2011 - 2014, the AHRF used to organized auctions for privatization of St. Petersburg property at its ETP. During this period, 343 objects were sold for 1.91 billion rub.
The city has a significant number of facilities that can be transferred to private, including small businesses for use and reconstruction: non-residential buildings, built-in premises, and blocks of shares. Not all the objects burdened with long-term lease agreements, under which payment has already been advanced and which are used by tenants but do not bring income to the budget, have been implemented - they can be sold at auctions. Among them there are also extremely attractive objects. For example, the Rosbank building at 13, Griboyedov Canal Embankment is just a few steps away from Nevsky Prospekt. Or the property complex of the hotel «Astoria», which, as far as I know, there are other investors, except for the tenant - the company Rocco Forte Hotels», - says Andrey Stepanenko, CEO of AHRF.
