Sberbank has approved Buyer of Rights (Claims) to the Tsvetnoy department store in downtown Moscow
On June 24, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) summed up the results of the auction on behalf of Sberbank PJSC.
The rights (claims) on loans to Central Market - Capital Gastronomy Ltd. were put up for sale. In the pledge there is a department store "Tsvetnoy", next to the subway station "Tsvetnoy Boulevard".
The total area of the department store is 36.5 thousand square meters (leasable - 16.3 thousand square meters). The area of the ground area (in rent till 2051) - 3,7 thousand sq.m.

The company's total debt on loans is 134.3m dollars.
The auction was held on the electronic trading platform of ETP RAD in the form of request for proposals. Bids on the price were accepted from 10 to 21 June.
The winner was Bonum Mendezhment LLC (part of Bonum Capital Group), which offered 4.2 billion rubles for the lot.
"The buyer of the claim rights will take the place of the pledge creditor in respect of this property. If the creditor stops paying the debt, the owner of the claim rights has the right to file an application for recognition of the borrower as insolvent and to sell the pledge within the bankruptcy procedure, or, in case of absence of buyers, to keep", - says Olga Zheludkova, head of the department for work with problem and non-core assets of banks.
