For sale offered a former Sberbank office in the center of Kaluga

On 28 December at the Electronic Trading Platform of the Auction House of the Russian Federation (ETP AHRF) an auction will be held for the sale of four-storey building with an area of 2.4 thousand sq. m (rentable area – 2 thousand sq. m) with a land plot with an area of 0.1 ha for commercial use, for example, for a company headquarters, office center, stores and so on.
The building is located in the center of Kaluga, surrounded by residential, social and business development. Nearby there are the main city traffic arteries: Tul’skaya Street and Stepana Razina Street.

Earlier all building areas were occupied by Sberbank office, after the sale contract making Sberbank will stay there as a tenant of only the part of the first floor (76 sq. m).

The rent contract with Sberbank will be made for the period of 10 years. Under the terms a rent annual income will be more than half a million rubles (1 sq. m = 700 RUR per month).
The starting price is 89.2 million rubles.
The sale is carried out on behalf of PJSC Sberbank.

The building is in nice condition, in 2013 a complete reconstruction was carried out there.
